the staff were efficient! the hotel is very clean. it's on a square with a park and cafe which was very convenient. the hotel had interesting theme.
the room we were given had a window looking directly onto the outdoor patio space so we were unable to open our blinds to let in daylight as we would be watched by anyone sitting outside.

the terrace garden offered a gorgeous space. the bar was great. the location was perfect for exploring the city center. also the gloria funicular is just a couple of mins walk away.

the rooms had good size with all the amenities required. rooms were also very clean. there are great gf and lactose free options available to guests. each room was beautifully decorated.

I found the breakfast awesome with nice staff. the room suited my needs perfectly. It included a really good bluetooth speaker (it was a marshall). the hotel was close to the main areas. I walked to the square at the waterfront daily, it took about 20 minutes.
i found no shelving in the rooms. there were no dressers, shelves, or cabinetry. i had to live out of my suitcase .

the hotel features a cozy bar area on the ground floor, perfect for enjoying a drink in the evening. there is a terrace on the first floor, providing additional space for relaxation. complimentary coffee capsules are available in the room.

the breakfast offers a varied array of foods, including salads and the usual suspects. i found delicious flaky pastries available as well (especially the croissants). the breakfast staff provided great service and were very attentive.

the breakfast had a decent variety and the quality was high i liked the dining area too the bar was great i tried a cocktail i found the staff very friendly cute and helpful luggage storage was easy
the room had no shelving no dressers no shelves only two nightstands with one small drawer each there was only a coat rack with eight hangers i had to live out of my suitcase
